Popular Dance Dance Revolution and Bemani artist Captain Jack, famous for such songs as My Generation and DREAM A DREAM, is reported to have died Friday morning in Juaneda Hospital after five days in a coma. The seven-million-album-selling Cuba native was actually named Francisco Gutierrez.
